In 2016, talentformation.com brought Nora Grøtting on board to lead the visual redesign of Breuninger’s new e-commerce platform, rebuilt into verticals to support long-term growth. As part of the core team, she co-created the design system and defined the UX and UI across the entire platform. Working closely with the product development teams in each vertical, Nora ensured that strategic goals, technical requirements, and user needs were aligned from concept to execution. She developed modular components, unified interaction principles, and a visual language that translated the brand’s premium DNA into a seamless digital experience. Beyond delivering product design, Nora enabled the internal team with training and scalable frameworks, while fostering close collaboration between product and brand departments to ensure consistency at every touchpoint. The outcome was a cohesive, future-proof ecosystem built to grow with Breuninger’s omnichannel strategy.
