Skischule Koch

Brand transformation for Obertauern’s oldest ski school, founded in 1946

For Skischule Koch in Obertauern, Austria, I developed a brand design that builds on its long heritage while ensuring it performs across digital channels and resonates with modern audiences.

In a collaborative brand workshop, CEO Markus Brunnhofer and I defined a strategic direction that informed a new visual identity, including a logo, mascot, and color system.

In a second workshop, we analyzed which business processes involving employees and customers could be digitalized. I translated this direction into a website with integrated booking functionality, simplifying the customer journey.

The brand was applied across ski school uniforms, employee apps, and signage. To ensure long-term consistency, I also created a social media marketing toolkit and provided team training, enabling cohesive communication across all channels.
