Weleda’s recent rebrand marks the first major modernization of the Swiss natural cosmetics company in its 100+ old year history, reflecting a strategic shift toward digitalization and premium positioning. Part of a broader transformation under CEO Tina Müller, it integrates digital channels and e-commerce to create a consistent global brand experience while staying rooted in sustainability and holistic natural care.

In collaboration with Weleda’s Global Creative Director, product team and engineers, Native Why co-designed the new design system, UX and CMS modules for the brand’s e-commerce shops, magazine, and corporate pages. The german website launched in 2025 and the system is being rolled out across 50 countries worldwide.‍  ‍

In shaping the user experience of Weleda’s new online presence, equal emphasis was placed on the rebrand and accessibility. To streamline global email marketing workflows, Native Why developed flexible and scalable newsletter modules and templates for Salesforce.
